I lowered the amount of liquids to about a 1/4 cup each of water and white wine. 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of fish. This Walleye wasn’t thick. It cooks quickly. All of it… tasty! 😋 Fish flaky and just right. Next time, I will put everything except fillets in 15 minutes first, then add fish. So that tomatoes burst a little, wine cooks out more, etc.. Although I will say, it all tasted really good as is. Just a personal preference or suggestion 😉 I seasoned Walleye with a little Redmond Real Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; spreading it and getting it stuck on with evoo. 😍 Good stuff 👏 👌

I got Walleye at a local market called Midwestern Meats. I went there looking for perch but ended up getting this.
