Adapted from basic market recipes –
I added carrots. Also, I put carrots and potatoes in 425° oven first, for 15-20 minutes, depending on size, because I evidently cut my carrots and potatoes larger 🤷♀️ I’ve learned over YEARS that they take longer. I’ve tried cutting them smaller (which works if you want it all at the same time), but we prefer bigger veggies. At least the size of those baby carrots 😉 I toss potatoes (cut in half wedges), carrots, and sliced onions in evoo (avocado oil would work; a healthy oil), Redmond Real Salt, and fresh cracked black pepper. Spread them out on a lightly oiled sheet pan. Put in oven first, After 15-20 minutes, add cabbage wedges and kielbasa (or your favorite sausage) cut to your preferred length. Another change is I like to spray olive oil on all of it IF I have the spray. Especially the cabbage so that it gets all over it without tearing it apart. Cook an additional 25-30 minutes. Or when edges are browned to your liking. This is DELICIOUS! 😋

There are a lot of recipes for cabbage and sausage sheet pan dinners, but we like simple basic seasoning, letting the flavors of the food shine. No dips or dressings for us 😜 it’s all good.
