Pistachio Crusted Salmon – Ahead of Thyme

DAMN DELICIOUS! 😋 Doubled recipe.. Although, of course 🤭 I made some tweaks to adjust to our liking with glaze. That’s what cooking is all about, taste as you go and adjust to your preference. I added a little brown sugar. But then… I went heavy on the lemon (and lime; yeah, I used both) juice and mustard, so maybe it equals out? I also used more garlic. One thing I know for sure is it was the best I’ve made! The best we’ve eaten. I’ll be repeating this recipe! 👌😍 video at the bottom.

Served it with our favorite mixed vegetables, along with butter and cream noodles/pasta. We really like noodles with butter and a little cream, a lot of salt 😉 Redmond Real Salt, punch if pepper, and a little parsley. The pasta was left over from the day before. 😜 a lot of pictures because I used some from the original blog and my own. 🫣 TAKE NOTE FROM COOK’S ILLUSTRATED! BELOW

Pasta from yesterday’s Lemon Herb Garlic Chicken Drumsticks 😋 ⤵️

Marinated chicken in lemon and lime juice with evoo, garlic, and a lot of herbs from my garden. I had oregano, parsley, and basil. Added a little water to cover chicken. That was delicious, too!
