Season both sides of chicken breasts well, drizzle with evoo and place on parchment or foil covered baking sheet. For vegetables I went with cauliflower, green beans and carrots 🥕; although I cooked the green beans on stove for a minute in boiling water, seasoned and added them at end. I cut the carrots very small because they take a lot longer to cook than chicken breasts. Drizzled evoo & seasoning on veggies too. Then I put orange marmalade 🍊 on chicken, flip halfway through and brush orange marmalade on the flip side 😉. Roasted in 425° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or when internal temperature of chicken is 165°, depends on size. It was really good 😋 I still used honey mustard dipping sauce though; only because I love that stuff 😜
