I was going to fry eggs to go on top 🍳, but… 😬 oftentimes, I’m so done before I’m done ✔️ 🤭
For the shaved sirloin, I got a cast iron skillet smoking hot (outdoors, inductionburner), cooked up fast, cooked veggies in my wok shaped chefs pan, stirring until tender, then added beef & sauce to veggies, continued until all heated together. 😋

Top with Sriracha 🌶

Basic Japanese teriyaki sauce ⤵️

But I often skip the sake, add brown sugar instead of white, along with ginger and garlic. And chili crisp or chopped calabrian chilies; just bc we like them a lot.

I make extra sauce because we like it on the rice 🍚 😋
