

Season, taste, season…taste….
Step by step, brown/sear well seasoned pork chops, set aside, in same skillet sautéed mushrooms, made a roux, added cream & broth (to desired consistency) to make a mushroom gravy. Pour some over sliced potatoes (mandolin thin) & onions that go in baking dish first 😉🥔 and drizzled some across pork chops. Ready to go in oven. 400° for aprox 30 minutes. Any vegetable will go well with this.
I love sautéed mushrooms 🍄😋🧅🥩 … both onion & mushrooms caramelized, but I put sliced onion in potatoes with this… delicious. Mushroom gravy smothered pork chops & potatoes w/corn on the cob 🌽
