Spicy Pineapple Rum Pork Tenderloin

That was EASY & DELICIOUS 😋; with The Pampered Chef Sauce, a thermometer, au gratin potatoes & an arugula salad; OH & ninja foodi oven 😉 any oven will work.

I marinated the pork with half the spicy pineapple rum sauce in the refrigerator for a couple hours, then I took it out of the marinade, seasoned, put in 350° oven for 55 minutes, checking the temperature before time was up, with 3 minutes left…it was the perfect temperature! Which by the way…i dont let get as high as usually recommended temp; dries out easy. People used to be more paranoid about pork doneness. ➡️ Pork Temp It’ll depend on size of pork; 15 – 20 minutes per lb. I added more of sauce at last 8 minutes. Sugar did burn on pan (ninja foodi pans clean easy after ANYTHING), but NOT on pork 😁 that is a great use for that sauce!
