There are no recipes for this post or as many posts because I’ve been mostly trying to eat brain food π π and that is usually food that doesn’t take much manipulation or added “stuff”. π Plus, if it’s good for the brain, it’s good for the whole body.

Grilled Burgers , Green Beans, & French fries πππ«π

Air fryer fries, roasted seasoned green beans π

Gotta get rid of these Christmas plates so …

Easy Fish Dinner, when I don’t feel like cooking. It could be worse. Like hot dogs, for example. So, I looked up best & worse frozen fish. I learned that we have to figure that out on our own. 1 or 2 sites listed Gortons as bad, then 3 or 4 listed them as best π³ Well, we like the beer battered version. Being so easy, not that bad health wise, and tastes good… π I’ll stick with having that in the freezer. Add a vegetable and some kind of potatoes (usually fries), this time potato salad ‡οΈ

It’s an easy option that’s certainly better than what many are eating π and goes with all kinds of sides.

And we really like old-fashioned oats, with berries. A little maple syrup π

Sausage and cabbage are always good π

You don’t have to fry chicken for it to be good. Oh, I love battered and fried chicken! But for an easier, yet damn delicious meal, roast chicken thighs that have been seasoned with evoo, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika at high temperature (425Β°) for 50-60 minutes. Potatoes (rubbed with evoo, holes poked in them, and dash of salt) take same time π add broccoli that’s also been seasoned with LITTLE evoo, salt, pepper, and garlic powder the last 20-25 minutes. Yum π
