There are no recipes for this post or as many posts because I’ve been mostly trying to eat brain food πŸ˜‹ πŸ‘Œ and that is usually food that doesn’t take much manipulation or added “stuff”. πŸ˜‰ Plus, if it’s good for the brain, it’s good for the whole body.

Gotta get rid of these Christmas plates so …

Easy Fish Dinner, when I don’t feel like cooking. It could be worse. Like hot dogs, for example. So, I looked up best & worse frozen fish. I learned that we have to figure that out on our own. 1 or 2 sites listed Gortons as bad, then 3 or 4 listed them as best 😳 Well, we like the beer battered version. Being so easy, not that bad health wise, and tastes good… πŸ‘Œ I’ll stick with having that in the freezer. Add a vegetable and some kind of potatoes (usually fries), this time potato salad ‡️

And we really like old-fashioned oats, with berries. A little maple syrup πŸ˜‹

Sausage and cabbage are always good πŸ‘
