Simple food always seems to be the best 😋

I love the Italian bread I’ve been getting, if I have to go with store bought, this one is so good! The Rustik Oven Italian bread 🍞 The slices are quite large, so I cut it in half 😉 to my preferred sandwich size. I butter only the outside of each slice. Then I used two slices of American (my daughter bought the cheese 🤭) and two slices of Muenster cheese 🧀 placing butter side down in med high heated pan. I covered for a minute (not timed, I peek 🫣), when toasted to your liking, flip and do the same on other side. The cheese oozed out, creating a little bit of crispy cheese on the edge 😍 THAT was a good grilled cheese sandwich 🥪 👌

In my opinion, it would be good with just the Muenster cheese 🫠
