
I used leftover shredded pork that I had in freezer, from a very large pork shoulder I made mojo pork with in previous post. After it thawed, I put it in colander to drain mojo juice. Then heated it up in a saucepan with favorite BBQ sauce. My daughter’s request š

We like Stubb’s Sticky Sweet BBQ Sauce. I had mine on Dave’s Killer Bread. I’m not a big fan of most buns. Served it with beer battered french fries and Cole slaw. Yes, a lot of sauce in cole slaw š¤ my family likes it that way. My granddaughter made asparagus. They all liked everything š I didn’t have asparagus because she makes everything very spicy š³š¶ I wonder where she got that from š«¢
