Shaved Steak with Peppers and Onions Stir Fry

Easy delicious stir fry! 😋

Make teriyaki sauce ⤵️

Note: I do NOT use that much sake in ours. I probably use only a tablespoon. I always add minced ginger and minced garlic to it. Also, I prefer brown sugar 😜. I added Crunchy Garlic with Chili Oil to sauce. My family loves garlic and SPICY. I veer way off recipe in image, but that’s how we like it. I include that recipe because I got it from a Japanese recipe site 🤷‍♀️ and I don’t measure, etc.; trying to be helpful? 🤭 Next time, I’ll measure! My usual sauce.                I mixed ingredients in a small saucepan, on a back burner, on low. I spooned a little of the teriyaki sauce over  steak, along with garlic seasoning, to marinate. I left it out like that for about 30 minutes. Then, I made extra long grain basmati rice. If it gets done before stir fry, set aside. In oiled (tallow) hot wok, sear steak, allow to sear a couple minutes on first side, flip over and do same. Then start stirring until no longer raw. Transfer to plate. Add another tbs of oil (tallow) and stir fry sliced onions and peppers. I did put a couple of tbsp of water in the pan, then put lid on for a minute to help soften veggies. Remove lid, stir fry until desired doneness. Add steak back to pan, stir, add teriyaki sauce, stir until well mixed. Serve over rice. We like coconut Aminos on this 😉

Sometimes, I add oyster sauce to teriyaki sauce. Most of my family adds Sriracha to their serving.

SO DELISH‼️
