Shaved Ribeye and Pepper Stir Fry

Simple, easy, fast, yet damn delicious 😋  In hot wok, I seared shaved ribeye in a couple tbs of beef tallow. Then, set it aside. Add sliced onion and peppers (any color bell peppers) and sauté until softened. I did what I saw on video by Ken Hom on YouTube and added a little broth, covered to allow vegetables to steam a couple of minutes, or less 🤭. Then removed cover, stirring… always. When liquid was almost gone, I added the sauce, which is what he uses; basic soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. In this case, I did add oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, and a little brown sugar to it 😉. Stir until flavors all blend. We served it with rice.

Added some sesame seeds on top 😜
