Mojo Chicken Drumsticks

Mojo marinade is good with EVERYTHING πŸ˜‹ πŸŠπŸˆπŸ§„πŸŒΆ So I marinated drumsticks all day in mojo marinade, 30 minutes before cooking, removed from marinade, pat dry with paper towel. Coat with avocado oil or evoo, then season well with a good salt (I love celtic sea salt, but I’ve been using Redmond Real Salt), fresh cracked black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, chipotle powder, and paprika; about a teaspoon of each seasoning. Then, place on baking sheet with rack and roasted at 425Β° for approx 55 minutes, when internal temperature is 165Β° and desired crispness. Delicious, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. πŸ—
