Sheet Pan Dinners

I repeat sheet pan meals often… when I don’t feel like cooking 😜 you can change up vegetables and timing easily. When using potatoes, I always put them in 400° oven for 15-20 minutes before sausage and veggies. I toss potatoes in (garlic infused) evoo, and seasonings of choice (this time was McCormick Garlic Herb Black Pepper Sea Salt 🧄🌿). My family LOVES garlic! If I use celtic sea salt, then I use Mrs Dash, or gatlic powder,  sometimes parmesan cheese. That being said, this stuff would be good with just a good oil, salt, and pepper. Then I add sliced sausage and another fresh vegetable (vegetables are also tossed in evoo & seasoning, always garlic for us) to sheet pan, in oven for another 15-20 minutes.

I did add a little sliced red onion with potatoes this time…

I like good bread and butter with this dish. I use Rodolphe Le Meunier butter 🧈 😍

And same with my last sheet pan dinner,  the sweet potatoes (in evoo, honey, salt & pepper) go in earlier than the rest 😉

By the way, if you’re using food that all cook at same time, it can and often is mixed on pan. I separate mine because of having picky eaters; that can choose what they want and how much of individual items 😉 ⤵️
