I made this soup a little different this time 😉 I had frozen 🫨 steak tips from Good Ranchers, where my daughter and I have been getting our meat 😍 SO, I left them out long enough to be able to season and sear them in my pressure cooker. Then I added a cup of beef broth and PC them for 30 minutes. It worked! 🫣 yay 👏 Actually, it worked beautifully. While that was cooking, I sautéed onion and garlic in garlic infused evoo. 🤔 added 3 cups of broth (guesstimate), combination of vegetable broth and beef broth. I also added a couple dashes of Knorr’s chicken bouillon with tomato. And because I just made homemade stewed tomatoes for my freezer, I added 1 cup of that. Brought that to a low, slow boil. Added steamed carrots and green beans (microwave with a tbs water for couple minutes), cabbage, and seasonings; couple tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, celtic sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and a teaspoon of sugar. When beef was done, I added it, along with liquid from PC to pot of soup. Let that cook until the cabbage is tender. The vegetables were all done at the same time. Not overcooked or under. I did not have Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix, but I didn’t need it. I have Better Than Bouillon soup bases, all flavors, along with their powder bouillon. Taste throughout and adjust seasoning to your liking.
