Today, I watched Sam the Cooking Guy on YouTube, making these. So I did, too 😉 I cooked the onions first. While cast iron skillet (make it work) was heating up on grill🔥 , I toasted buns. Then seared seasoned chopped sirloin, added & mixed onions into steak. My daughter insisted on white American cheese 🧀 🫡 so I sectioned 4 parts in the skillet and placed 2 slices of cheese on each section, closed lid for a minute… or so, then scooped it up and placed it in a bun. Yum‼️😋
