Teriyaki Pork Stir Fry

First, I got (on sale) little pork chops in teriyaki marinade. Later, I started by searing pork chops in hot cast iron skillet real quickly, then sliced them up. Made more teriyaki sauce. But .. didn’t stick to basic recipe; I switched white sugar to brown sugar, added ginger, garlic, a dash each of oyster sauce, mirin, toasted sesame oil & chili crisp. Delicious! 😋 I wanted extra to drizzle on finished dish 😉 My daughter heated it up (microwave) while I made rice, making it a little thicker/sticky sweet & spicy. Gathered & cut up vegetables that I already had… although the shredded carrots, I’d change to sliced 🤭 I had green cabbage, red cabbage, bell peppers, and broccoli. Sautéed that in tbsp (or 2) of evoo, until tender, about 5-6 minutes. Then, I added meat and sauce, cooked until all heated through & together. Also added a little of the thicker sauce to pan 😍 😋 Served with rice, drizzle of teriyaki sauce. I could’ve topped that with chopped scallions &/or sesame seeds, but it was good as is‼️ My family always adds hot sauce on everything, usually Sriracha. So good 👌
