Made that Caesar Green Bean Salad again; it’s a hit. Toss in croutons just before serving, so they stay crunchy ๐Ÿ˜‰

I stuff both ends, have some in separate baking dish; butter & season turkey ๐Ÿฆƒ๐Ÿงˆ๐Ÿง‚ use innards for gravy, that gets added turkey drippings from roasting pan later ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‹
Good BUTTER ๐Ÿงˆ ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Stuffing:

1/2 lb. Breakfast Sausage
1 small Onion
2 stalks of Celery
Fresh Sage
Fresh Thyme
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
About 2 cups Chicken Stock (or broth)
About 4 cups bread cubes made for stuffing

Judge consistency to how dry or moist you like your stuffing/dressing

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Brown and drain 1/2 lb. Sausage with 1/2 small chopped Onion and 2 chopped Celery stalks.
2. In a large bowl, mix with 2 T. chopped fresh Sage Leaves, leaves scraped from 4 sprigs fresh Thyme, and 1 T. chopped Garlic. Salt, pepper and Oregano.Stir in 2 cups Chicken Stock (or broth) and 5 cups Bread cut into small cubes (about 8-10 slices), or dried bread cubes for stuffing.  
3. Cook in turkey, or in baking dish uncovered at 375ยบ for 40 minutes.

Sweet potato Casserole , my daughter makes Paula Deen’s recipe almost every year. This was next day, leftovers, so she stirred it up and put in smaller dish, reheated ๐Ÿ˜‰
