Our style 🤭 a daughter who only likes corn 🤐

Sautéed finely diced onions, carrots 🥕, touch of celery, in bacon fat 🥓. Browned seasoned ground meat, strained, added little flour, cooked that a minute, added beef broth (about a cup?), tbsp tomato paste, worchestershire sauce, more sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper. Let cook down, desired consistency. Stirred in corn last 🌽. Topped with mashed potatoes that I made with local dairy milk & isigny French butter 🧈 salt, pepper & parmesan cheese 🧀 We like how it turned out better in cast iron skillet, than glass baking dish.
I skipped the design with a fork thing 😏 & any other pic-driven choices 🤪
