Orange, lime, chile (3-5 different kinds), dash brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, liquid smoke, s&p, Mexican oregano, onion, garlic, (sear with coconut oil); pressure cooker an hour with above ingredients and a cup of broth, transfer to slow cooker, strain liquid over pork, shred pork, keep on on warm. Serve with your favorite tortillas and toppings. Ours for this particular dish are street size flour tortillas, red onions (sometimes pickled 😋), cheese, cilantro, salsa; we usually have quite a choice for that too; family members all like something different 😉 The ones above are with guacamole salsa and chipotle salsa. 😁
