I seasoned chicken first, then tossed into a brown paper bag (old school) that had a cup of AP flour, salt, pepper, adobo seasoning, garlic powder & grated parm. Shook it, removed with tongs, shaking off excess flour as I pulled them out one by one and placed them on a tray/plate. I cooked these outdoors on induction burner (THIS is the time for everything outdoors in Arizona! Fall & winter!). Using cast iron skillet with about a half cup of vegetable oil, on high, I cooked chicken for approximately 3 minutes per side. I actually time this recipe! Or the chicken will get too dry, too well done. They turn out perfect every time π
