




I seasoned (peeled & deveined) shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, & cayenne pepper. Let that sit while I heated corn & black beans. Then, I cooked the shrimp in skillet with a touch of evoo, a couple tbsp of butter & minced garlic; about 4-5 cloves/couple tbsp. On medium (my stove runs HOT), for 4 to 5 minutes. THAT’S a quick meal. Obviously delicious 😋 it was gone before I got a pic 📸 🤭 Got some from the next time though 😉
