Marinate in buttermilk for about an hour. Remove from refrigerator about an hour before cooking.
425Β° for 10 minutes (legs facing left back corner of oven), lower to 400Β° for another 20 minutes, rotate pan so legs face right back corner of oven, for another 30 minutes. It never fails that I don’t rotate pan all the way around for another 10 minutes π it works…
