Steak and potatoes, Omaha Steaks, Private Reserve Top Sirloins, steak with mushrooms and onions,
roasted potatoes. Leave meat out at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking .. for more even cooking.
On hot grill, grill steak 3-4 minutes per side = perfect 🥰 but I ALWAYS carry my thermometer 🌡 ‼️


Tough decision between stubbs sticky sweet bbq sauce 👉 (bc I like that sh💢t on everything! 🤣) & lea and perrins steak sauce! 😋 OH & a couple pork chops, johnnys seasoning works for us. And I’ve tried a LOT; store bought, grilling kinds, omaha steaks & others.

😋 fried foods? Yes, with healthy fats, like creamy British Butter 🥰 eat more eggs for K2, especially if you’re taking vitamin D3. Or will cause calcification in arteries 🧐 And the minerals, other nutrients in good butter 🧈
