Chicken Curry…Again

I got it spicier this time, so I had to put some coconut cream on mine. ๐Ÿ˜œ

We like…no we LOVE coconut milk or COCONUT CREAM ๐Ÿ˜ in ours; only ‘about’ a 1/4 cup. I save the rest in container in fridge…for people like me ๐Ÿคญ who can’t handle the heat ๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿฅต to drizzle more over my own dish ๐Ÿฅฅ I tried yogurt (which I marinated my chicken in all day, in fridge, with seasonings), but simply love coconut milk ๐Ÿฅ› ๐Ÿ˜‹ That and I make enough for 5 people, along with leftovers ๐Ÿ˜‰ I use skinless boneless thighs myself ๐Ÿ” Note: I don’t always have every ingredient I’d like to have, but I have what it takes to “make it work” ๐Ÿฅฐ OH and I used a combination of fresh chopped tomatoes ๐Ÿ… & tomato sauce this time ๐Ÿฅซ I also make this with bone-in chicken pieces, photos below ๐Ÿ˜

Ghee (oil), onion, garlic, ginger, spices, tomato, chicken, little water, chilies, coconut cream (optional), coriander ๐Ÿƒ ๐Ÿ›

The yogurt didn’t work for me and I needed cilantro ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿƒ
