Fried Cabbage w/Kielbasa ↔️ recipe

I couldn’t resist adding chili crisp, and that’s on top of crushed red pepper flakes 😳  🔥

I did a little different on this occasion; added a splash of white wine to get flavor off bottom of pan, cooked that out, then a tbsp of Dijon. Stirred that good, then added 1/2 cup of broth, a couple tbsp brown sugar, & pepper. Red pepper flakes & chili crisp 😉 if you like spicy. 🌶
