Oven on 450°
Line flour tortillas slightly overlapping sides & hanging over edge of pan on lightly buttered sheet pan; note pictures below 😉
Spread cheese 🧀 then meat (we’re going with beef barbacoa), other favorite toppings, ie jalapeños, etc..I like pickled red onions, then more cheese. Fold tortillas over filling, use extra tortillas for center. Brush top lightly with butter. Place another sheet pan on top of quesadillas. Bake 15-20 minutes.
