Easy chicken fajitas

I season boneless skinless chicken breasts with chile powder, chipotle powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, Salt & Pepper 🌶 😋 Cook in skillet on med high with a tbsp or so of oil (3-5 minutes per side), transfer to plate; sauté sliced onion and bell peppers (typically red and green, any color is fine) with a little seasoning, stir in minced garlic, sauté a minute. Slice chicken and return to skillet with veggies. Serve on warmed flour tortillas…with favorite toppings, like sour cream, avocado 🥑 , squeeze of lime, or favorite salsa. Can warm tortillas on stove with a dry skillet, over open flame/grill with tongs, or microwave. Tortillas warm within seconds.

 

You can fry chicken cut up or cut it in strips after cooking 😉
