No recipe is necessary. Leftover shredded pork on a well buttered and salted baked potato, with your favorite toppings optional. I love baked potatoes and vegetables, I’m good with that alone, so I just put some pork on one side. My daughter, on the other hand, loves that pork! And her sour cream and salsa. 😜

I like baked potatoes as is or with shredded meat (especially with favorite flavors; e.g., mojo, BBQ), chili, or like loaded baked potatoes with cheese, bacon, etc.. 😋
