Chicken Parm Egg Rolls, with Marinara Dipping Sauce. π No recipe is needed. For notes regarding rolling, see previous post or check this link out β‘οΈΒ How To Roll Egg Rolls via Instructables π I pressure cooked well seasoned chicken breast. You can use any kind; leftover, rotisserie, or other cooked chicken. Make or heat your favorite marinara sauce. Leave on low. I laid the egg roll wrappers out, with a little water cornstarch mixture nearby. Have mozzarella and parmesan cheese ready. I put shredded mozzarella down first. Then shredded chicken that I stirred a little sauce into on top of mozzarella. Then I put shaved parm on top, rolled, sealing edges with water/cornstarch mixture. Placed them seam side down on a plate. Then heated oil on med/high heat until hot. Dropped filled egg rolls in oil, flipping, once first side is golden to desired doneness. Then, transfer to plate with cooling rack or paper towel. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Sprinkke with grated parmesan. These were delicious π€©

If you don’t have cornstarch, it’ll be fine. It’s not really necessary imo, but you can dip your finger in plain water if you like.

Some bites had cheese stretching out ππ§
