
Delicious cheesesteak egg rolls 😋

Loosely adapted from ➡️ Allrecipes – I used what I had available (red and green onion). I didn’t have American cheese and my daughter does not like provolone. I had different cheddar and Italian cheeses. Imho, any of those would be good; but, I went with smoked gouda 🤷♀️ For dipping, we went with our personal preferences. My daughter made a sriracha mayo. I used honey mustard. So many options; au jus or gravy, a sweet chili sauce, a queso dipping sauce. I added some steamed broccoli on the side, because for me and my daughter… this isn’t just a snack, appetizer, or side. For us, it’s enough for dinner 😜 Again ➡️ Recipe link

By the way, I seared steak in hot wok first, with a tbsp of beef tallow. Set aside, caramelized onion, add steak back to onion in wok, stir and set aside.
