No recipe is needed, in my opinion π although I could work on my folding/rolling skills π€£

Get egg roll wrappers. Use a little of whatever leftovers you have. I layered some turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes. It takes very little. Lay out wrapper with a corner pointing toward you. I had a cornstarch/water mixture to put a touch on edges to help seal, but that might not even be necessary. Just sayin π Put ingredients of your choice closer to you, fold point over ingredients, then roll once, fold ends over top, finish rolling. Line up on a plate/platter. Get a pan of healthy oil hot. Fry egg rolls at a medium high heat until desired golden color. Place fried egg rolls on either a cooling rack with paper towels under it or on paper towel lined plate.

The cranberry orange sauce can be made with homemade cranberry sauce, store bought, or even if you have leftover cranberry relish π i put that in a sauce pan on medium. Added juice from two oranges, and a tbsp or to your taste sugar (or a good honey or agave), heat until well blended, leave on low until ready to use. These were delicious! π Beware, they stay hot inside π³ ENJOY! π€©

This could be done with MANY options, not only Thanksgiving π
