Easy No Knead Sandwich Bread:

1 cup + 3 tbsp (280g) Milk

2 tbsp (30g) sugar

2 tbsp (30g) olive oil

2 tsp (7g) yeast

1 tsp salt

3 cups (420g)  Strong Bread flour 13% protein

Follow directions at the link on YouTube. It’s really easy. Warm milk, add yeast, salt, and sugar (I let the yeast activate), then stir in oil, then flour. Mix with hands until no dry flour. Tuck under to ball up, cover, and wait 30 minutes. Then fold , turning bowl, about 4 times. Repeat, and go back to fold 4 times, waiting 30 minutes between each time. On last time, cover and let rise an hour (or two, depending on how warm it is in your house). Remove from bowl to lightly floured surface and roll out to a rectangle, the width of your loaf pan. Roll up, tuck ends in. Place in loaf pan that’s been buttered and lined on bottom, although I believe it’d work without preparing pan. Cover and let rise above sides of pan. A couple inches? I covered for half an hour, then left cover off to rise more, because I didn’t want cover to stick to dough and chance breaking dough. I got that from the previous bread recipe I did. Bake in 350Β° oven for about 20-25 minutes, when color is a nice golden brown. You don’t want to over bake it, or it will dry it out more. And… it turned out GOOD! πŸ‘Œ
