Tried Crispy Roasted Chicken Thighs with a Honey Garlic Sauce . I adapted the idea from the recipe at the Honey Garlic Sauce link (@ Cafe Delites) , BUT I used my own crispy roasted chicken method. It turns out really crispy, delicious, and without all the breading or extra steps. Seasoned well, though. 😉

Roast well seasoned chicken thighs at a high temperature (425°) for 25- 30 minutes, add seasoned, tossed in evoo, broccoli to another sheet pan in same oven for another 20-25 minutes. While that was cooking, I made smashed potatoes and the honey garlic sauce. ⤵️

I have to buy a LOT of new stuff because I gave my granddaughter so much; like potato peeler, garlic press, micro plane, fish spatula, spider, etc.. 🤭 make it work 😜

Smashed potatoes: I cut large russet potato (only 2 of us here) in quarters, so that only took 20 minutes in low boiling water. Drained, added salt to taste, couple/3 tbs butter, and cream, and mash to desired consistency. 🤫 I also gave her my black and white pepper. 😬 That’s okay. Everything is delicious with good butter and Redmond Real Salt or other good salt. Luckily, I do have this all-purpose seasoning ⤵️
