
I know, I’ve posted miso glazed cod before, but this is a different recipe. It turned out great! 😋 I adapted it from Eat with Carmen Miso Glazed Black Cod 😉 I did add a splash of Tamari and a splash of sesame oil. And 🤭 my family likes everything spicy… so I also added some crunchy chili oil. Momofuku Chili Crunch 😉




I made asparagus (evoo,seasoning) to go with it. I put it in my small oven at 425° for 15 minutes. Along with already made potato salad. Both got done at the same time 👌💥🙏 This was a darn good dinner!
