Mexican Corn Pasta Salad

With grilled chicken. I made it like Tuna Pasta Salad , except… because I made that last week, I thought, “Okay, I have bowtie pasta, Mexican style street corn, fresh corn on cob (I grilled)… 🤔 fire roasted red peppers.” I went with chopped green onions instead of green chilies. Chopped white onion. Grilled some seasoned chicken and chopped that up. I used the same dressing as Tuna Pasta Salad. Recipe at link says 2 tbs of mayo or salad dressing 😆 I use 1 & 1/2 cups, at least. Splash of apple cider vinegar, dash of sugar, plenty of Redmond Real Salt, black pepper, about a tbsp of mustard, stir dressing in a separate bowl well first, then adjust to your taste. I added grated parmesan cheese in salad. It’s really good 👌 😋
