
I made up a dish today and crossed my fingers. My daughter said it turned out good 🥰👌 And believe me, if it didn’t, she would say so! 🫨 So I cooked pasta al dente, buttered, and set aside. Then I cooked well seasoned shrimp in a couple of tbs of butter, 2 minutes on each side. Set aside. Sautéed garlic and very thinly sliced red onion for a minute. Added crispy garlic chili oil, a cup of white wine, lemon juice from one lemon, lemon zest, capers, as that was cooking down, I added more butter, half a stick, continued cooking halfway down, added some pasta water, and fresh herbs (I only had oregano and basil). Then I added the pasta back in pan, tossed, added shrimp back in, and tossed. Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano on top. Done ✔️ 👍 I think that’s it 😆 sprinkled a little parsley on it. 😋 it really was good!
