
Buttermilk marinated chicken drumsticks. Crispy Roast Garlic and Herb Chicken drumsticks
I used drumsticks, but thighs or a mix would work. I usually do both. I marinated chicken in buttermilk, along with Weber Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning. I used evoo and the same seasoning on everything; the chicken, vegetables, and salad.
High oven 425Β° for 50-60 minutes, or when desired crispness. Internal temperature should be at least 165Β°. However, the dark meat from chicken can handle longer cooking time because they’re more moist. I set the timer at 30 minutes, then added the pan of vegetables to the same oven for an additional 20-30 minutes. Easy and delicious π
