How to Make Cajun Shrimp in Foil | Foil Pack Dinners and Meals |

Actually, I turned mine into Chipotle Shrimp in Foil 😉 close 🤭 I followed the recipe at the link, basically. I used zucchini, yellow squash, and red peppers. My daughter wanted rice pilaf with it 😋 I made enough of everything for 4 people.

Large shrimp, cleaned, deveined (I figure 5 shrimp per person, but that’s to preference)
Evoo
Zucchini, cut about an inch thick, and cut lengthwise
Yellow squash, cut same as Zucchini
Red bell pepper, cut into desired size  pieces
Spinach (optional)

Seaonings:
Redmond Real Salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Oregano (optional)
Chili powder
Chipotle powder
Couple pats of butter
Spinach (optional)

Preheat oven to 425°, if not using a grill. Mix seasoning in small bowl. On large sheet of foil (on top of baking sheet) lay out a bed of spinach on half of foil. Drizzle a LITTLE bit of evoo, salt, and pepper.
Put vegetables and shrimp in large bowl. Drizzle with evoo, stir. Add 1/2 seasoning, stir, add remaining seasoning, toss again. Pour shrimp and vegetables on top of spinach. Add a couple pats of butter. Fold other half of foil over mixture and seal good all the way around.
Put in oven for 15-20 minutes. I turned oven off after 15 minutes and left in oven while I made rice pilaf.
I needed some good Italian bread and good butter with mine, because I got it so spicy! 😳 … 🤭 recipe video link ⤵️
