Chicken Curry is great with rice and/or a flat bread, like roti or naan.

The Buffalo chicken bites are a big hit here, too 😋

I fry outdoors to stay away from grease in the kitchen 😳 Speaking of “grease”, I find that the beef tallow fries better than oils. Works here… since I stopped buying/using seed oils for a while now.

I wanted to do a little shout out to Gorton’s Seafood . We don’t usually roll with frozen battered or breaded fish because they’ve always been a disappointment. However, my daughter bought this Gorton’s Crispy Battered Fish Fillets, and we were surprised 😮 it was actually good! That makes for an easy meal! ⤵️

I made a broccoli slaw salad and French fries with fish 🐟 🍟 🥦 😊

Speaking of frozen food, we also tried some new (to us) Beer Battered French Fries that we really like too! It adds a little extra crispness. Craft Beer Battered Potatoes Thin Cut

We repeat this fish now. My daughter and I really like it. Because of a long history of disappointment with frozen battered or breaded fish fillets, we won’t even buy any if this exact kind isn’t available. 😉

With roasted broccoli and zucchini, tator tots, and more of those fries. 🐟 🍟 🥦

So that and tacos 🌮 🌮🌮 😋 regular gringo tacos 🤭

I always love spaghetti with meat sauce

Easy sheet pan dinner ls are thrown in the mix. Especially if I have veggies to use.

These potatoes were as good as fried potatoes and onions 😋 without the frying. Tossed potatoes and onions with evoo, salt and pepper. Roasted in 425° oven for 25 minutes. Stirred potatoes, put back in oven. Then I put the Kielbasa and cauliflower in the same oven for another 20-25 minutes.

And we ordered food a few times. The usual suspects;  pizza 🍕 subs 🥪 Mexican food 🌯 Church’s Chicken meal 😋🍗 etc..
