Teriyaki Chicken Skewers  – with roasted broccoli and extra long grain basmati rice.

I marinated chicken in teriyaki sauce all day πŸ˜‰ When ready to grill, I made rice first, set aside. Then, I started broccoli; 350Β° for about 20 minutes, stirred once during cooking. Okay, my daughter did 🀭 I was at the grill. I threaded marinated chicken strips on skewers, grilled on medium high, for about 3 minutes per side with lid down, then with lid open, I made sure they got browned enough. Well… it could’ve been more charred for my family’s liking, but the temperature was 165°🌑, so that’s it. That’s done βœ”οΈΒ  My daughter likes spicy, so she put chili crunch on hers. I just use Coco Aminos πŸ˜‹

My daughter said she could eat this for dinner EVERY DAY πŸ₯° So SCORE 🎯 Delish
