It really is delicious‼️ I didn’t have dark soy sauce, so I adjusted with regular. I did add a splash of oyster sauce 😉 Check the recipe out and have ingredients ready.

I had to work fast, including with beef tallow. I don’t use seed oils. Heat wok first, on high (depending on stove, medium high, but you do want it HOT) add oil. When it starts to smoke, cook eggs first. Set aside; if you want them to stay a nice yellow 😉

Mix small cut chicken with tbs corn starch, tbs (or 2) soy sauce, and sprinkle of baking soda. Set aside.

After eggs are done and set aside, add more oil and cook chicken 80-90% done. Push chicken aside in wok, then add onion, garlic, and vegetables. Sauté a couple minutes. Mix…

When chicken shows some browning and onion is translucent, set aside. Yeah, have a couple of bowls ready. 🥣 Then add more oil, then rice, breaking up with spatula, add soy sauce mixture, stirring/working fast. Add chicken, vegetables, and eggs back into rice, still stirring or tossing for a couple minutes, for flavors to blend. When done, top with green onions.
