
I nabbed this recipe off IG. I will make it again, BUT, (heads up) with adjustment. Mine took twice as long, going by thermometer. And still didn’t get as much char. Tastes good, though.😋 Now I know. Trial & error 🤭

I know, my picture looks like odd pieces of chicken 🤣 that’s because my daughter and granddaughter already got to it; one digs through food looking for favorite piece 🙄 the other only wanted a half of a chicken breast. 😍 Well, it’s all about family, food, and love ❤️

With roasted vegetables on the side 😋

I mixed ingredients in a bowl first, tossed chicken in it. Then, put it all into a ziploc bag. Refrigerated for a couple of hours.
It’s easy, tastes good, and just takes longer (in my fryer) than theirs.
