Easy πŸ˜‰ and delicious πŸ˜‹

Cook ground beef, add taco seasonings; I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and chipotle powder. Add refried beans (optional, we like them, and they make meat easier to scoop up) to meat and heat through. Leave on warm. Spread tortilla chips on sheet pan lined with parchment paper or nonstick foil. Put in low 300Β° oven for 5 minutes. Spread shredded cheese (I used a shredded cheddar jack and 1/2 of a nacho cheese sauce) over chips. Put back in oven, another 5 minutes. Then add meat and remaining cheese sauce. Bake another 5 minutes. 5/5/5 πŸ˜‰ Add your favorite toppings; I used like tomato, red onion, jalapeΓ±o, and avocado. Serve topped with sour cream or crema πŸ˜‹

I also made homemade tortilla chips and more refried beans πŸ˜‹ sprinkle of queso fresco πŸ§€
