Every time 👌 😋

In saucepan, cover eggs with cold water. Bring water to a boil. When eggs start dancing around, turn off burner and cover. Let sit, without peeking, for 17 minutes. Drain saucepan and fill with cold water. Peel eggs under cold running water.

I’m just saying this method works for me, every time ⏲️ 🥚 🐣 🍳  Note: we like ours cooked all the way through. The above photo for instance, is with a slightly different cooking method. It’s from allecipes. I find my way on that site more than any other 🤷‍♀️  I can’t remember where I got my method from. 🤔 Because it works, I’m not changing it. 😉
