
I made the recipe at the link below, except I used boneless skinless chicken thighs this time. And I cooked indoors, in same pan/pot. 😉 (Below, I’ve also made this using chicken strips; breast strips). I marinated chicken in teriyaki like sauce for a couple of hours first. Got chicken and vegetables ready, made rice, cooked chicken, set aside while I cooked vegetables, added teriyaki inspired sauce, and let cook until veggies were tender. It turned out delicious! Note; we LOVE coco aminos on dishes like this 😋 ⤵️
