Honey Soy Chicken Thighs

I marinated boneless skinless chicken thighs in an Asian inspired sauce for a couple/few hours. Then baked in 400° oven for 25 minutes. Turned broiler on for a couple minutes to finish. The sauce I used is in link recipe below.

Vegetables tossed in evoo and seasonings, a lot of garlic for us šŸ˜‰

I roasted vegetables at the same time as the chicken šŸ” šŸ„¦šŸ„•šŸ§„šŸ—
