This time, I kept it easier, and it turned out delicious! 😋 🍗🥔🥕🧄🌿 🍋🧈🧂 slathered good butter, herbs, seasoning all over spatchcocked chicken. A little squeeze of lemon, couple/few lemon slices Added potatoes, carrots, and onions (also seasoned), baked on 375° for 1 hour. Damn delicious. 🥰 put some GOOD (Rodolphe Le Meunier) butter on potatoes, a little sea salt, and it was great 👌 just sayin’ 😉
