This time, I kept it easier, and it turned out delicious! π ππ₯π₯π§πΏ ππ§π§ slathered good butter, herbs, seasoning all over spatchcocked chicken. A little squeeze of lemon, couple/few lemon slices Added potatoes, carrots, and onions (also seasoned), baked on 375Β° for 1 hour. Damn delicious. π₯° put some GOOD (Rodolphe Le Meunier) butter on potatoes, a little sea salt, and it was great π just sayin’ π
