These are great with avocados, but on this day, I saved my last avocado for my granddaughter π and used a guacamole salsa with avocado in it. But many favorite toppings go great on this. Cotija cheese or your taco favorite cheese π§ π, onion (I especially like pickled red onion, which I have, but didn’t include in pics), cilantro, tomato, sour cream, crema, fresh crisp lettuce, a squeeze of lime, your favorite salsa!
