Easy. I washed & cut small gold potatoes in half. Tossed them in evoo & sea salt. Dipped cut side of each potato half into grated parmesan cheese π§, patted it on there good by hand π then set face down on foil lined pan that was sprayed first with cooking spray. Sprinkled a little more salt over potatoes & a little parsley. Baked at 425Β° for 45 minutes. Any potatoes would work. They’re delicious π
